what's up with acorns?

Do you know how an acorn becomes a tree? Oak trees produce so many acorns that even though most become food for squirrels, some survive to grow into a tree. With an adult, collect a few acorns, save them, and then plant them in the spring after the squirrels have eaten their fill.
