Did you know that trees can help you feel better if you are feeling sad? With a grown up, go to your backyard or a nearby park and try this simple exercise.Take three deep breathes.What do you smell? What shapes do you see in and around the trees? Do you see any animals or other plants? What does the ground feel like? Take three more deep breathes. You can do this any time you need! Even if you can't go outside, just looking out the window at the nature surrounding you can help.
